NUTILE, JOAN B., 87, of Little Egg Harbor, passed away Friday, August 22, 2014, at Seacrest Village Nursing Home, Little Egg Harbor. She was born in Lanceshire, England, moving to the U.S. in 1946, residing in Hawthorne, Little Egg Harbor, Northfield, Manahawkin, N.J., and Spring Hill, FL., returning to this area in 2006, where she resided at Seacrest Village Nursing Home. The caring staff took care of her for the last 7 years, and she was loved by all.
Joan was predeceased by her husband Samuel E. Nutile in 2005, sons Samuel and Richard, and daughter Patricia Anne DeFeo. She is survived by her sister Mildred Clayton and husband Gordon and their two daughters, of Lanceshire, England, seven grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, from 7-9 P.M., with a service at 9 P.M., at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J.
