NOLAN, WILLIAM T.—84, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and Bokeelia, FL, passed away following emergency surgery, on September 5, 2017. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Patricia for 63 years. He graduated from Drexel as an Electrical Engineer and worked for AMP, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA, before founding the electronic manufacturing firms, Spectrum Design Co. and Nolatron, Inc. He also owned and operated Ace’s Place, a boat rental business in Tuckerton, NJ. Having worked all his life, starting with toting groceries home for shoppers in his little red wagon, he thoroughly enjoyed retirement. He loved to fish, watch birds and other wild life, and just enjoy nature in both NJ and FL. When indoors, he was a Sudoku aficionado. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Marie Nolan. He was a loving father of William, Cape Coral, FL, Donald, Harrisburg, PA and Michael and his wife Patty, Grantville, PA, and was predeceased by his daughter Patty; grandfather of Wm. Michael Nolan and his wife Lauren, great-grandfather (BeBop) of Dylan and Gavin, Odessa, FL. He is also survived and mourned by his sisters, Mary Stopper, Glassboro, NJ and June Capozzoli, Lindenwold, NJ, (and predeceased by his sister Lorraine); his brother-in-law Don Horneff, Tuckerton, NJ and sister-in-law, Barbara Horneff, Sicklerville, NJ and many loving nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the family’s convenience.
