ALLEN, BELFORD T. “BUTCH”, 64, of Little Egg Harbor, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at home. He was born in Atlantic City, N.J. and was a lifelong area resident. Butch was a lineman for Atlantic City Electric Company, West Creek., and was a member of IBEW Local #210. He was an avid decoy carver, Phillies fan, baseball memorabilia collector, fisherman, and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
Butch was predeceased by his father James W. Allen. He is survived by his wife Arlene, mother Elizabeth Allen, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, daughters Juli Allen, Galloway, NJ, Stephanie Gulino (Joshua), Manahawkin, NJ, Rebecca Drinkwater (Nelson), Little Egg Harbor, NJ, step-children Sabrina Quiroz, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Jason Marino, Staten Island, N.Y., Dawn Pharo Gull, Manahawkin, NJ, Peter Pharo Jr., Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Trisha Goggins, Tuckerton, NJ, brothers James Allen, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, John Allen, New Gretna, NJ, Russell Allen, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, Thomas Allen, New Gretna, NJ, grandchildren Emberlynn, Liam, and Taylor, and several step-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be Monday, February 5, 2018 from 6 PM to 8 PM, and Tuesday, February 6, from 10 AM to 12 PM, with a Service at 12 PM, at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Tuckerton. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his memory to Cape May Zoo, 707 U.S. 9, Cape May Court House, NJ, 08210.
