Very saddened by the loss of Jim. He truly was a man who loved and lived his life for his family. I worked with Del for over 30 years, until the closing of the Atlantic Club. In any conversation he was always most proud to tell you about his children and their accomplishments! To the Del Monte family my sincere condolences in the loss of a husband and father. My family is heartbroken at the passing of my Uncle Jim, and we extend our deepest sympathy and prayers to Vickie, Amanda and James. Uncle Jim and Vickie hold a special place in our lives since it was at their wedding that Kathryn and I met, and all our lives changed forever.

We will miss you Uncle Jim, and I will always hold the memories of childhood and growing up with you, and Grandma and Grandpa. We had the best Thanksgiving dinners ever!

RIP JIm. Very sad to hear about Jim, I knew him since our days in Paterson, and we both worked in in AC and often had chats about the business.

My condolences go out to the family of my best friend James DelMonte. Jim and I have been best friends ever since we were seven years old & and we were separable every day the week. Jim and I were Boy Scouts together, played Street basketball and baseball together, & was the best man at my wedding. Jim's mom treated me like her son and in all reality I considered her my second mom. Jim and I grew up on the same block and had the same group of friends, of all our friends, Jim and I have never had an argument or a fight. Jim was liked by all and the nicest person I have ever meet. Being retired in Florida and not been able to get up to New Jersey for the services breaks my heart deeply. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could read this at the services In my place. God bless you JIM DELMONTE. May you rest in peace. I love you pal & I will never forget you. Joe Tomaro Jr
