With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Anthony J. “Joe” Cristalli, 70, who entered into God’s eternal grace while surrounded by his devoted family on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, Galloway, N.J. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., residing in Staten Island, N.Y., Vernon, N.J., and Manahawkin, N.J., before settling in Little Egg Harbor. He married his loving wife Gerri fifty years ago at the Basilica of Regina Pacis. Joe worked in HVAC for AT&T in Manhattan, N.Y., for over 20 years before retiring and moving to the Jersey Shore. He was a passionate bowler, and a great fan of Frank Sinatra. He loved spending time with his family and was renowned for his kind heart and generosity. Joe was a hardworking individual with remarkable perseverance, persistence, and resilience. He was honorable and loyal to everyone he met throughout his life. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Peter and Lena Cristalli. He is survived by his loving wife Gerri Cristalli, daughter Diana Ardolino, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., son Brad Cristalli and daughter-in-law Karen Cristalli, of Montville, N.J., brothers John Cristalli, of Long Island, N.Y., and Peter Cristalli, of Staten Island, N.Y., along with grandchildren Isabella, Elias, Ava, and Anastasia. Additionally, he was a loving brother-in-law and a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 11, 2023, at 10 AM at St. Mary of The Pines, 100 Bishop Lane, Manahawkin., N.J. Burial will be private. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J. is handling the arrangements.
