Barbara C. Letus

LETUS, BARBARA C. (Galuppo), 89, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, NJ.  She was born October 4th, 1935 and raised in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., where she spent the bulk of her life.  Barbara lived in several places but always returned to Poughkeepsie.  She spent the last 2.5 years with a son in New Jersey.  Barbara worked as a CNA/Home Health Aide in her later years after spending many years in banking.  She was a member of Holy Trinity Church, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.  Barbara is predeceased by her parents Angelo and Helen Galuppo, and sons John and Richard.  She is survived by her sons Michael Letus, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Thomas Letus, of Ventura, CA., Mark Letus, of Hyde Park, N.Y., David Letus, of Dunstable, England, as well as 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  She loved time with friends and family as well as crocheting numerous assorted items for friends, family, and donations.
