Harvey R Loewen

LOEWEN, HARVEY R., 76, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025, at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, Galloway, NJ.  He was born in Neptune, NJ, residing in Little Egg Harbor, NJ for most of his younger life, moving to Newport, NJ, prior to moving back to Little Egg Harbor in 2020.   Harvey was a retired truck driver for Chiarelli Trucking, Bridgeton, NJ for 30+ years.  His hobbies included Harley Davidson Motorcycles, fishing, watching NASCAR and he enjoyed bowling with his 3 youngest children. 

Harvey was predeceased by his parents Gladys and Herbert Loewen, wife Maureen, and brother Roy.

He is survived by his children Richard, of Villa Rica, GA., Dawn Fox (John), of Dallas, GA., James Loewen (Bethany), of Millville, NJ., Harvey R. Jr., Kaylyn, and Harley, siblings Donna Mossey, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ., Helen Martin (Joel), of Little Egg Harbor, NJ., Robert Loewen (Luz), of Brown Mills, NJ., and Joann Potter Dykes, of Wellington, FL., along with grandchildren Jonathon, Alicia, Sara-Grace, Jesse, Elijah, and James Jr., one great-grandson Ryder, one Niece an six nephews. 

Visitation will be Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 11 AM-1PM, with a Service at 1 PM, at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J.
