James M. Leek

LEEK, JAMES M. “JAMIE”, 53, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024, at home.  He was born in Toms River, N.J., and was a lifelong area resident.  James previously worked as a carpenter.  He loved to carve decoys and has won a blue ribbon for his carvings. Jamie was predeceased by his father James A. Leek.  He is survived by his mother Francis “Dolly” Leek, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., sister Michelle Tozer and husband Danny, of Tuckerton, N.J., niece Affton Tozer, nephew Dalton Tozer (Hailey), great-nephews Ryder, Easton, and Oaklen, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and old childhood friends.  Graveside services will be Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 3 PM, in West Creek Cemetery, Willets Ave. and Rt. 9, West Creek.  Wood Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.   Memorial donations may be made to Atlantic City Rescue Mission, or Honoring Silent John.
