Joan C Fava

FAVA, JOAN C., 88, of Williamstown, New Jersey passed away at home on Friday, December 27, 2024. She was born in Jersey City, resided in North Bergen N.J. before moving to New Gretna and Lower Bank before settling in Williamstown N.J. Joan was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in New Gretna, New Jersey. Joan worked as an Insurance Secretary with Rush Insurance Company in Pleasantville N.J.

Joan was predeceased by her daughter Jean Francis Taylor, grandchildren Heather Plunkett and Shannon Plunkett. great-grandchild Kayla Jean Showl. She is survived by her son Glenn Raymond Fava, of Williamstown, N.J., daughter in law Chrisann Patzner of Hamilton, N.J., grandchildren Raymond Plunkett, Amanda Ensign and Ryan Ensign along with great-grandchildren Matthew Fedder, Lacey Puggi, Little Raymond Plunkett, Julianna Plunkett, Riannon Farruggia, Liana Ensign, Izabella Bailey, Gavin Ensign and Charli Murdock, great- great grandchildren Hailey Ferrea, TC Ferrea and Ava Silvani.

A viewing will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a service     1:00 PM at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN STREET, TUCKERTON, N.J. Burial will follow at Lower Bank Cemetery in Lower Bank, New Jersey.
