Laura M. Tumbiolo

TUMBIOLO, LAURA M., 96, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, N.J.  She was born in Lares, Puerto Rico, she resided in Brooklyn, NY, prior to moving here in 1983.  Laura worked as a secretary for John Weghorn Insurance, New York City, N.Y.   She was a member of St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church, Little Egg Harbor, N.J.  Laura was a strong and very happy person and her inner strength was beyond compare.  She was predeceased by her husband Gaspare Joseph “Joe” Tumbiolo.  Laura is survived by her sons Joseph Ascolesi, and wife Joan, and John Cole, along with grandson Joseph and wife Joseline, and great-granddaughter Victoria.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 2-4 PM, & 7-9 PM, and Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 9:30 – 10:30 AM at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J.  A Funeral Mass will be said December 21, 2023 at 11 AM, at St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church, 450 Radio Rd., Little Egg Harbor, N.J.  Cremation will be private.
