Lida S. Bonello

BONELLO, LIDA S., 92, of Parkertown, N.J., passed away Monday, May 9, 2022, at home.  She was born in Tuckerton, N.J., moving to Virginia in 1991, and back to Parkertown in 2002.  Lida was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Little Egg Harbor, serving as Sunday School Teacher for many years.  She was a member of the American Legion, Tuckerton, and was also a member of Parkertown Fire Co. #1, serving in the Ladies Auxiliary.  She was predeceased by her husband Prince A. Bonello in 2002.  Lida is survived by sons Robert A. Bonello, of Spotsylvania, VA., and Joseph C. Bonello, of Townsend, DE., daughter Diana Bonello, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., along with five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be Monday, May 16, 2022 from 5-8 PM, and Tuesday, May 17, 2022 from 10-11 AM, with a Service at 11 AM at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, N. Green St., Tuckerton, N.J.  In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations in her name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
