Linda M. Lewis

LEWIS, LINDA M. 73, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer.  She was born in Lakewood, N.J., and was a lifelong area resident.  Linda worked as a Deli Clerk for ShopRite, Manahawkin for 25 years.  She loved all things cats, HGTV, antiques, and most especially her granddaughter, Emily.  
Linda was predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Francis Sprague, nephew Kenneth O’Connell Sr., great nephew Kenneth O’Connell Jr. and sister Kathleen O’Connell Delia.  She is survived by James H. Lewis, of Manahawkin, N.J., daughters Geriann Lewis, of Manahawkin, N.J., Katie Armitage (Lewis) and husband Jason of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., and Annette Mole and husband Bob, of Vineland, N.J., son James K. Lewis and wife Michelle, of West Creek, N.J., granddaughter Emily, nephew Bobby O’Connell and niece Stacia Sullivan (O’Connell), and their children Bobby Jr., Nicky and Zack, along with her cat Mr. Jingles.  
Family and friends may gather Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 5-8 PM, at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to Friends of Southern Ocean Animal Shelter, Manahawkin, N.J.
