Linda C. (Thomas) Wasylkowski

Linda Carol Wasylkowski (nee Thomas), 74, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed peacefully in the comfort of her home on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026. She is at rest in God’s heavenly kingdom.

She was born in Salem, NJ. She lived most of her adult life with her husband, Carl Wasylkowski, in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. There, she raised her four children and seven grandchildren. Linda, better known as Mom, or Mom-mom, was the heart and soul of her family. She spent her days filling her home and garden with love, but most of all, the hearts of those closest to her. On warm spring days, you could find her with her sun hat and gloves working in her beautiful flower garden. She told us all gardening made her feel closer to God. It was her true passion. She stitched love into everything she touched, whether it was crocheted blankets for every member of the family, or homemade meals and handmade decorations for every holiday and birthday. She truly had a heart of gold.

She was preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Carl, and parents, Arthur and Dorothy Thomas. 

She is survived by her dearest friend and sister in Christ, Shelia Peterson and husband Pete; siblings, Beverly Coulson, Patricia Berguson, Arthur Thomas and wife Karen, Hannah Diana and husband Paul, James Thomas and wife Jan, Barbara Kessleski and many nieces and nephews. Her sons, Carl (Scott) Wasylkowski, Kurtis Wasylkowski and fiancée Jennifer Redlund; daughters, Lindsey King and husband James, and Darci Wasylkowski and boyfriend Marc Moretti; along with her grandchildren, Alyse Wasylkowski, Mari-Lynn and Kurtis Jr. Wasylkowski, Carli, Dylan and Gavin King, and Benjamin Wilson.

Linda has returned home to the Lord, where there is no pain, only peace and everlasting light. Her soul rests in divine love and her presence will forever be felt in the hearts she blessed. Her journey here has ended, but her spirit lives on, in love, in faith, and in the quiet moments where we feel her near. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and a strong trust in our Lord that will never diminish.

Family and friends are invited to gather Thursday, July 2nd, 2026 from 10AM to 12:30PM, with a Memorial Service at 12:30PM at the Wood Funeral Home, 134 East Main Street, Tuckerton, NJ.
