Nancy E. O'Neill

O’Neill, Nancy  - 95, of Tuckerton passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on  March 25, 2025.  She is preceded by her husband, John O’Neill and her parents, Jack and Edna Webb.  Nancy graduated from Tuckerton High School in 1946.  She then attended Pierce Business School, graduating in 1948.  She was employed by WAWA in Philadelphia, PA and returned to Tuckerton to be employed by Tanners Law Firm in Barnegat, NJ and then Tuckerton Court Clerk for Judge Selzer. She was also an exempt member of Tuckerton Fire Department’s Ladies Auxiliary.   Nancy and her husband John were enthusiastic golfers, previously members of the Pomona Couples League.

 Nancy was a member  of the United Methodist Church of Tuckerton for 95 years and the organist for many years.  She leaves behind two children, Kelly Barber, of Lewes, DE and Brady O’Neill, of LEH.  Two grandchildren, Shay Lynn O’Neill of Manchester Twp, NJ and Ryan O’Neill of LEH. Brother and Sister-in-Law, John and Lynn Webb, Stuart, FL and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral service will be held at Wood Funeral Home, Tuckerton, NJ, on April 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM with a gathering from 10:00AM to12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nancy’s name can be made to Tuckerton Methodist Church, 134 N. Green St, Tuckerton NJ or Affinity Care Hospice, 317 Brick Blvd, Ste 220, Brick, NJ  08723.
