Raymond W. Connolly

CONNOLLY, RAYMOND W., 78, of Little Egg Harbor passed away Wednesday August 30, 2023 at The Chelsea in Clifton. He was born in Newark, NJ, resided in Nutley and Bellville prior to moving to Tuckerton. Raymond served 37 years in the Airforce and the National Guard where he was a Jet Engine Mechanic for the 177TH Air National Guard, Pomona, NJ.  He retired as a Senior Chief Master Sergeant. Raymond was a member of St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church of Little Egg Harbor.  Raymond is survived by his wife Jeanne, son Raymond Connolly and his wife Theresa Marie of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, daughters Kathryn Crounse and husband Stephen of Owings, Maryland and Amy Connolly & Timothy Kline of Clifton, NJ, brother Gene Connolly, Whiting, NJ.  He is also survived by his grandchildren Tyler, Kelly, Reese, Joey, Noah, Zach, Jackson, Samantha, Amanda, Alyse, Izabelle and Wesley, great-grandchildren Charlie, Paislee, Audrey and Nora.  A viewing will be held Tuesday September 5, 2023 from 10 AM until the service at 12 PM at WOOD FUNERAL HOME 134 EAST MAIN STREET, TUCKERTON, NJ. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, North Green St. Tuckerton.
