Robert "Bob" McCullough, 76, of Tuckerton, NJ passed away peacefully on October 25 with his family by his side. His wife Beverly, their children and their spouses Ryan and Janeen, Kevin and Tara, Janet and Mike, along with their grandchildren Morgan, Connor, Darcy, Ronan and Killian, and his brother, Wesley, will miss him greatly.
Bob was a Cryptologic Technician during his tenure in the Navy, spending time in Hawaii and aboard the USS America. He served at the Naval Reserve Center and was a member of the Naval Reserve Security Groups in Rota, Philadelphia, and Kearney.
After he retired from the Navy Reserves, Bob had an outstanding career as Director of Construction Inspection for Ocean County. He was a past President of International Association of Electrical Inspectors, a past Member of the National Electrical Code, and served on a number of the Underwriters Laboratories Standards Technical Panels. He dedicated his career to making sure the world was a safer place, and we're all grateful that he did.
Bob and Beverly recently celebrated their 55th Anniversary, and he loved spending time with his family. His grandkids enjoyed playing games and going on trips to Disney World with their Mac.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Tuckerton Seaport would be appreciated: https://tuckertonseaport.org/community/
