Robert W. Seibel Jr.

SEIBEL, ROBERT W. JR., 78, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., passed away Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, N.J.  He was born in Orange, N.J., resided there and Bloomfield, N.J., prior to moving to Little Egg Harbor in 2000.  Robert served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1966-1970, serving in Vietnam.  He was a firefighter for the city of Orange Fire Department, Orange, N.J. for 25 years retiring in 1995.  He was a member of American Legion Post #493, and MICA, Little Egg Harbor.  Robert was predeceased by his wife Janet.  He is survived by his sons Christofer Seibel, of Wesley Chapel, FL., Kevin Seibel, of Pompano Beach, FL., Keith Seibel, of Bloomfield, N.J., Craig Johnson, of Morris Plains, N.J., and Eric Johnson, of Morris Plains, N.J., along with grandchildren Sara Seibel, and Ryan Seibel.  Visitation will be Tuesday, June 18, 2024, 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM, and Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 10 AM until the Service at 11 AM, at WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J.  Burial will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Wrightstown, N.J., 08562.
