Samuel Wieczorek Obituary

Wieczorek, Samuel S. of West Creek passed away at home with his family by his side on  February 27th, 2025.  Sam was born in Trenton, NJ and resided in Barnegat Light, NJ prior to moving to West Creek.  He owned and operated Barnegat Light Plumbing which he took over from his father in 1985.

Sam is survived by his wife Kristin of almost forty years, sons Samuel L. Wieczorek of Lacey, NJ and Matthew R. Wieczorek of West Creek, NJ sister Cindee Osenenko of West Creek, NJ grandchildren Aiden, Sammy 3, Brooke, Izzy, Rocco, Landon, Camy and his beloved dog Kota.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Sons Sam and Matt remember their Dad as a smart  and amazing father and business man who was a local staple in the community for the better part of 40 years.  So proud of him when he became the number one Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Installer and service provider for the East Coast.  During the aftermath of Sandy he was one of the people who helped get the gas back on to LBI.

Even though he worked hard he never put work before family. Sam was a diehard Philadelphia sports fan never missed watching games with his family, thrilled at witnessing a World Series win and two Super Bowls. Go Birds!!

He coached both of his sons in baseball growing up and never missed a game.  One of his favorite memories was coaching his sons at Cooperstown Dreams Park.  He was loved by all and you would always find him laughing and joking with the kids on the field.  After all he was a big kid at heart.

Sam loved classic rock music and the Beatles were his favorite band, he loved playing guitar and making music with his son Sam. He also loved his Harley, wrote poetry and was part of Mensa.  He cherished his family above all which was evident in the simple pleasures of being with his grandchildren and Kota at the forge for a swim. He loved the simple pleasures in life.

He loved taking care of his family and when he got sick his family stepped up to return the favor.  He will forever be loved and never forgotten.
