Shelley A Arciniegas

ARCINIEGAS, SHELLEY ANN, 62, of Clearwater, Florida, formerly of New Gretna, N.J., suddenly passed

away, Sunday, July 2, 2023, in Clearwater, FL. She was born in Neptune, N.J., residing in New Gretna for

years before moving to Clearwater, FL. Shelley was a spiritualist, soul healer, and helped many. She adored her grandchildren, loved nature, and always tried to lift the spirits of all around her.

Shelley is predeceased by her brother Scott Percy. She is survived by her son Christopher

Arciniegas, parents Walter Percy Jr., of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., and Bette McAnney, of New Gretna, N.J.,

brothers Kenneth Percy, of New Gretna, N.J., and Walter Percy III, of Egg Harbor Twp., N.J., sisters Sue

Mulligan, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., Stephanie Martinez, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., grandchildren Kaylin,

C.J., and Alexander, along with childhood friend Rachel Maraia, and countless uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.

Family and friends may gather Wednesday, July 12, 2023, from 11 AM – 2 PM, with a Service at 2 PM, at
