Steve Sadowski

SADOWSKI, STEVEN EDWARD (POOKS), 48, of Tuckerton, N.J., passed peacefully with his brother by his side on October 7, 2021.  Steven was born in Rahway, N.J., and grew up in Cranford, N.J., where he attended Cranford High School.  Steven was greeted in heaven by his loving parents, Trudy and Bernie Sadowski, and his beloved dogs, Syxx and Shady.  He is survived by his brother Brian Sadowski, his nephew Liam Sadowski, his children Steven Jr. and Eric Sadowski, Aunt Laurie, Aunt Kathy, cousins Bob, Kara, Pam, Molly, and Brendan and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins who all loved and adored him.  While spending time with family was his main priority, he also had a passion for classic rock, the Cowboys, and the Rangers.  He will always be remembered for his quick wit, charisma, and unconditional love for everyone around him.  A small, intimate service was held to celebrate Steven’s life and his impact on the world.  His beautiful soul will continue to live on through those who were lucky enough to love him.  “If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you.  Mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me.”  WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 EAST MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J. handled the arrangements.
