Steven C. Koslowsky, 26, of Okinawa, Japan, passed away on Saturday, May 11th at Camp Pendleton. He was born in Yuma, AZ, and moved to Japan as a preschooler. Having earned multiple degrees in NJ, PA, and CA, Steven moved to TX where he began his career as a first responder. After witnessing the atrocities committed against the Ukrainian people, he helped found an NGO and traveled to Ukraine to provide medical and logistical support. He later enlisted in the Navy as a Corpsman and achieved the rank of Petty Officer/Hospitalman 3rd Class.
Steven is survived by his parents, Steven and Mary Koslowsky; sister, Brandy Koslowsky; brother, Cpl Philip Koslowsky, USMC; Grandparents William and Sawako Kelly; Grandmother Geraldine Koslowsky; and Aunt Katie Lompa.
