WURDEMANN, WILLIAM L. 80, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., passed away on November 3, 2022 at Deborah Heart & Lung Hospital, Browns Mills, N.J. He was born in Teaneck, N.J., residing there, and Bogota, prior to moving to Little Egg Harbor. William was in the U.S. Army Reserves. He taught at Farleigh Dickenson Teaneck NJ, and was self-employed as a C.P.A., Bogota, N.J. William was a member of Knights of Columbus 2586 of Teaneck, N.J. He volunteered as a Little League Coach, in Teaneck, N.J. He was an avid fisherman, loved gardening, and reading. William was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Ann Wurdemann. He is survived by his wife Dorothy, son William Wurdemann Jr. (Jacqueline) of Manahawkin, N.J., daughter Patricia McGarry (James) of Manahawkin, N.J., son Brian Wurdemann (Emily), of Chatham, N.J., grandchildren Katelyn, Olivia, Patrick, Brady, and Amelia, and long time friend Tony Santoro. A Memorial Mass will be Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11 AM, at St. Mary of the Pines, 100 Bishop Way, Manahawkin, N.J. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 134 E. MAIN ST., TUCKERTON, N.J.
