We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom, Sister, Mom-in-Law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, Patient, and Friend, Louise.

Although it is a very difficult time for all of us, it is comforting to know that her long suffering with Alzheimer’s disease is over and that she lived a long and very happy life with all of your caring and love so near and so dear to her heart where it now will remain cherished forever.

We are also very grateful for the competence and compassion of her health care professionals (especially Dawn, Matt, Cheryl, and Tina) while surrounded with the kindness, attentiveness, and love of Thomas & Pat in their warm and loving home.

It is so hard to lose your Mom, your Sister, your Mom-in-Law, your Grandmother, your Great Grandmother, your Aunt, your Patient, and your Friend and we share in your sadness during this difficult time.

Both now and in the sad days ahead, we offer our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to all.
